On the morning of July 19th, our group held the 2017 midyear conference of promotion and work report. President Patrick Xu and other 14 members of Operations and Decision-making Committee attended the conference, and reviewed the 43 promotion staffs submitted by the Human Resources Department.
9 colleagues who was planned to be promoted to important management positions was arranged to report their work on the conference. They showed their work performance and team development, and reported the emphasis of work in the next phase. The group leadership made reviews and gave guidance to their reports. The excellent spot performance of these colleagues and their high pursuit of the future show our working passion of seizing every minute and the fighting spirit of struggling for the first.
Our group arranges two promotions annually in the middle of the year and at the end of the year to provide a smooth channel of career development for the staffs. The public work report from the staff to be promoted makes the group leadership and each batch of colleagues who are about to enter the important management positions have a comprehensive understanding and can give a more objective evaluation opinions. It also makes these excellent staffs get different exercise in the workplace by summing up the past and show the future in the work report.
In addition, to improve the quality and efficiency of recruitment, to attract outstanding talents and to speed up the development of high-potential talents, conferee specially analyzed our group’s human resources work and clearly put forward some measures which are going to be implement next step.
Some matters are also determined on the conference, such as the activity program of the “Sellers Union Day” on the September 9th this year, the training program of directors’ research and studies (PengCheng Phase Ⅰ), the internal community development program, and the enterprise culture evaluation program.
