In the evening of February 20, our group held annual awards ceremony and Spring Festival Gala in Ningbo Shangri-La Hotel to celebrate the past year's harvest and joy, and cheer for the arrival of the year 2016.
Firstly, outstanding staffs of the year 2015 were awarded. Group’s Operation and Decision-making Committee awarded trophies, certificates and prizes to each winner. Ruby Ge from Sellers Union and Sweet Rao from Union Chance won "Outstanding Contribution Award" by their excellent performance in the last year. Christine Shen from Sellers Union and other 33 colleagues won "Outstanding sales". Rowena Chen from financial department and other 18 colleagues were awarded "best service Award". Crystal Yuan from Sellers Union and other 14 new colleagues who had outstanding performance won the "Rising star Award." These colleagues were excellent representatives of the group. Let us pay tribute to them and cheer for their success!
After the awarding, President Patrick Xu shared his thinking of last year to all the participants. Starting from the current economic situation, Patrick Xu made a brief exposition in terms of entrepreneurship, competitiveness, brand communications and media self-construction, investment, salary structure and impact of the Internet and so on. Though foreign trade was facing difficult situation, our group still achieved a steady development in 2015. In January 2016, the export amount reached nearly $ 70 million which hit a record high. For the development of enterprises, there would be pressure but more confidence. Patrick Xu said every enterprise needs entrepreneurship to be pioneers, the courage to explore and responsibility. Currently general managers of subsidiaries were industry-recognized outstanding entrepreneurs. In a sense, the heads of business departments were also entrepreneurs. The group would train more entrepreneurial team leaders, so as to promote long-term healthy development of enterprises. Currently, the Group's competitiveness was mainly reflected in the unique business model, integrated soft power, efficient operation and a strong influence on the industry. President said the competitiveness with difference still need to insist and further enhance its consolidation. Patrick Xu said that in recent years the group has invested and established subsidiaries including Union Supply, Port to Port Logistics and Yoyo Trip. Group also explored cross-border electricity supplier B2C export business and set up a business online trade platform "Sellers Union Online". In the near future, group would begin to layout cross-border electricity supplier B2B import business. These investments would be beneficial exploration and layout extending around foreign trade. Also these investments and layout would further enhance the Group's foreign trade service capacity.Patrick Xu also shared views on impact of Internet development to our lives and enterprise. He suggested everyone to lower material requirements, work hard and improve themselves to keep up with the development of the company and achieve the pursuit of life.
After excellent speaking, the Spring Festival Gala started with countdown from the audience. As a new member of the group, colleagues from Yoyo Trip brought Chinese classical dance combined with Tai Chi. Their appearance won applause. It was not only a pleasing dance but also a beautiful calligraphy. Long sleeves incarnated into writing brush and wrote five words “keep on going, Sellers Union”. The calligraphy was elegant and full of artistic beauty. This performance got the audience long-time applause. Colleagues from Union Deal brought a song to encourage all the colleagues to forge ahead in the year 2016. Colleagues from warehousing and logistics made dance with songs full of delight. Colleagues from Union Supply brought program allegro "story about Sellers Union," showed our colleagues working hard at the market and announced that progressive people would win. Stan Wu from Global Union brought a song “Heaven Snow”. The nostalgic melody, cold moonlight, stalwart figure and elegant red instantly created a beautiful visual effect. Sellers Union brought comedy "I am an actor”. Cute Golden King, enchanting invincible swordsman, handsome mythical figure Nezha and hilarious Wu Dalang made audience laugh all the time. Products online and Information Technology department brought a special dance "Four Little Swan". Four "giant baby" bit the nipples and shook arms and legs. The program was quite interesting.Rayiing brought a "Palace secret show" The show interpreted how the monarch succeed and youth’s pursuit for love full of warmth. Port to Port Logistics brought Huangmei Opera “forever love”. Beautiful singing, nice appearance, and graceful performance displayed happy life of a small family. Union Chance brought comedy ” corridor” which were full of humor and won applause. Girls from documentary, HR and risk management departments brought a dance exotic dance "Arabian Nights". It was really ravishing. The last program was from Union Source’s sitcom “pursit” to celebrate 10th anniversary of its establishment and look ahead the exciting future…

Diversified programs and exciting lucky draw highlighted the entire party. Also the innovative stage layout and gorgeous stage design made a festive atmosphere. All the colleagues shared the excitement with each other.
The year 2015 passed by so quickly while a brand new year 2016 started sailing. In the year with great transformation, there are many challenges as well as opportunities. The group will have more exciting moment to expect. Keep on going, Sellers Union!
