June is the best season for blueberries and our colleagues from Union Vision just take this chance to enjoy the joy of picking blueberries personally. Last Saturday, we met together in Chunbo Farm and picked the blueberries in the greenhouse.
Blueberry is regarded as “ fruit queen” for its rich nutrition and health care function. It can prevent from brain aging, cancer and also contribute to enhancing heart health, softening blood vessels and strengthening the immune system.
By picking blueberries, we enjoyed our weekend and got close to the nature. Also we gained a lot through our self’s picking, both the blueberries and interesting experience.
