Ceremony of Superior Teachers and Students was held on 6th, January. Leader of our group, Patrick Xu, Vision Qian, Jolin Zhu and Jim Yu attended the meeting, together with all internal trainers and superior students.
Sellers’ Class has harvested a lot, with totally 55 classes, 36 classes interior and 19 classes outside training, and has contributed a lot in guiding fresh colleagues, training qualification, spreading cultural concept and promoting inner communication. With satisfaction rate of 94.17% and 91.34%, Sellers’ class had trained 856 people, and was attended by 3078 students. Here lists the results of the election, which is based on number of classes, quality of class and satisfaction, Superior Lecturers are Allen Quan from Union Supply and Ping Chen from Sellers’ Financial Department; Popular Lecturers are Angela Wang from Union Vision and Andy Yang From Union Chance; Fashion Lecturers are Cathy Xi from Document Department and Hellen Zhang from Human Resources Department. Furthermore, in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of students and enhance the reserve force of trainers, there is a new title named Potential Lecturer, and was awarded to Jon Gui, from Union Vision, whose satisfaction rate is 96.63%. Besides, the Hardest Students are Ping He from Union Supply and Lemon Li from Union Chance. Then, 25 students were awarded Second Price and 50 students were awarded Third Price.
In the ceremony, group leader Patrick, Vision, Jolin and Jim awarded the prizes to Lecturers. Patrick encouraged all lecturers to study business, update knowledge installation, sum experience, well prepare lessons and contribute more for Sellers’ Class and colleague’s growth. Meanwhile, Patrick also encourage students to learn more earnest about institution, enterprise culture and business knowledge.
Finally, Director Jolin Zhu declared, with all lecturer’s suggestion, the schedule for training plan, selection plan and lecture plan for 2016. It is come up that it must be kept in mind that everyone shall contribute to serve colleagues, to train themselves and to improve themselves through Sellers’ Class and shall endeavor to be a superior lecturer or a superior student.
