On June 13th, at the Activity Room of the 17th floor, 7 supervisors together with their apprentices from the Purchasing Department of UV attended the first ceremony of “Accepting Apprentices”.
With the witness of all department heads from UV, all supervisors and apprentices read out the agreement in deep and sonorous voices, then they solemnly signed their names on this remarkable agreement. In their minds, the agreement is not a paper but a symbol of responsibilities and duties. Meanwhile, 7 supervisors all presented words of advice to their dearest apprentices with their deep and great expectations. We deeply believe that the names they signed do not just mean simple names but a sign of mutual trust and commitment between the supervisors and apprentices.
Just as the traditional Chinese proverb goes on “A teacher for a day is a teacher for a lifetime.” This traditional Supervisor-Apprentice relationship plays an important role in the development of an enterprise. So all managers, supervisors and apprentices of UV, please do not hesitate! Let’s work together to carry forward this excellent traditional culture.
