On the sunny morning of May 24th with fresh breeze blowing, 12 staffs from Union Vision had a wonderful time together at MFC baking Studio in Heyi Avenue Shopping Center. They went there for baking course of chocolate nuts cookie and Swan shaped puffs. After a variety of processes: beating eggs with cake flour, making shapes, add burdening, baking and so on, specially the Swan puffs, shaping swan bodies and baking until they turns golden, filling cream inside, etc., the beautiful “swan girls” finally appeared before their eyes, waving their wings and dancing.
