In order to improve colleagues’ communication skills, “Sellers Union Class” held a training meeting of such skills on 18th, May. There are four representatives of Union Vision participate in it.
This lecture mainly introduced the ways to keep harmony in office, including role-definition and communication skill to different roles, like to leaders, colleagues and subordinates. As one of office members, we may feel confused about self-role definition and ways to properly communicate with different roles. This lecture helps trainees get through of these by analyzing ways of communication and illustrating relationship in office.
The lecturer analyzed the nature of communication in a humorous way. In her opinion, communication is a reflection of one’s character and personality. And the connotation of communication is a collision of different personalities, culture, views of life, views of the world, positions and perspectives.
Feelings of trainees:
There is no right or wrong in communication. The only thing matter is the difference of position, perspective and standard. When we under a same standard, we should pay much attention to put ourselves in others’ thinking ways to promote a more efficient communication.
