From 13th to 14th April, Sellers Union’s class, named Winner’s Training Camp was started in Xikou, Ningbo, which was organized by the training company. All promoted members from all sub companies participated in this class, among which 13 members came from Union Vision, and Nico Zhang was honored as the leader of Ningbo Team.
This training camp aimed at testing participants’ perseverance and strengthening the idea of Never Abandon and Never Give up through a variety of unique, thoughtful, challenging outdoor activities, such as complicated body kinematics, collectively jumping rope (leaving no one behind) and cooperatively passing through one circle. Especially, climbing 20 kilometers mountain road for seven and a half hours intensely exercised the trainee’s willpower and enhanced their sense of responsibility. Through all these activities, our members realized the great importance of teamwork and further understood the theory of team management.
Apart from above mentioned activities, successful management cases were input in this class for sharing among trainees with a purpose to cultivating their teamwork spirit. They were deeply impressed by this lesson and came to comprehend more.
