Sellers Union Group Held the 2015-2016 Annual Working Meeting

As the proverb goes, “The whole year’s work depends on a good start in spring.” On February 20th, the first weekend after our Chinese New Year, Sellers Union Group held the 2015-2016 annual working meeting in NINGBO SHANGRI-LA HOTEL. At that afternoon, nearly one thousand colleagues from Ningbo Operation Center, Yiwu Operation Center, Shantou Office and Guangzhou office of Sellers Union, Global Union, Union Source, Union Vision, Union Chance, Union Deal, Union Supply and Port to Port Logistics got together in Ningbo to have their annual working meeting in eight different meeting rooms. During the meeting, president Patrick Xu went to different meeting venues and listened to some general manager’s annual working report.,

The issues of each branch company’s annual working meeting include: general manager’s 2015-year work report, declaration of the Outstanding Staff and persons eligible for promotion, announcement of operation targets and evaluation of performance of all departments in 2016, specification of incentive programs and appraising programs and the signing of document of working responsibility with all responsible persons from all departments.

On these meetings, general managers from all branch companies announced the key points on working. New market, new customers, risks control and team constructing had been common key words in 2016 of all branch companies. At the meantime, they all put forwarded their own suitable ways and solutions for the coming year.

Sellers Union: they would exploit the potential value of old customers and strengthen the exploration of new customers especially customers from emerging markets; stick to the professional product position and enhance the interaction with suppliers; continue to carry out export services and expand the efforts on them; enhance the communication and cooperation and improve the working ability of the sales department; Increase the promotion of “seller union on line”.

Global Union: they would speed up the development of professional product model, enhance some professional category and improve the competitiveness; greatly expand business operations and persistently exploit market potential; focus on improving per capita benefit; strengthen team construction and further enhance the level of team work.

Union Source: they would increase the exploration of North America and Africa market; be willing to go out , enhance the visiting of customers, learn about customers’ needs and grasp the core business of key customers; enhance the risk control especially risks from key customers and some high-risk countries; improve export cross-border E-commerce level, expand lines of business of cross-border E-commerce, broaden the supply of goods and steadily improve the construction of oversea warehouse; fully use “Changxiang system” and improve the business informatization level; fully stick to the rule of selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior and improve the personal income.

Rayiing: they would strengthen core customers and core business; optimize resource allocation and improve the proportion of emerging business and new products; continue to enhance the online and offline platform, introduce in customers of large supermarkets and open up professional and special project; improve employee’s professional skills and comprehensive quality and make good use of small team’s high efficiency to improve the whole company’s development.

Union Chance: they would exploit the potential value of old customers and attach more importance on developing new and big customers and improve the risk control ability; further optimize the organizational structure; advocates the sole culture -”Thinking like a large corporation and moving like a small company”

Union Deal: they would optimize the organizational structure and vigorously develop new markets and new customers; increase the use of “Changxiang system” and improve the working efficiency; optimize the incentive scheme and advocate no pains, no high gains; improve the inside communication, strengthen the learning interaction among all departments and improve the professional skills; keep good working atmosphere and improve employee’s happiness.

Union Supply: they would expand their original business scale to develop more new customers; enhance the risks control ability, integrate Platform Management System and improve Union Supply’s service; optimize the structure of salary to encourage employees to be excellent.

Port to Port Logistics: they would emphasis on cultivating top team and improve their personnel comprehensive strength to offer better service for customers; make full use of available resources and new resources, accelerate the development of new customers in order to maximize business performance.

After 18 years’ struggling, Sellers Union Group had already been stronger and more stable. In 2016, all members of Sellers Union Group would keep on moving to make this Group bigger, stronger and better. They would keep on writing their new and great chapter.
