On June 12th afternoon, some visible posters were put up on our office wall and also on everyone’s desk.
“What is suggestion?
Good suggestion means suggestion should have specific measure and solution
Good suggestion means suggestion should be positive and optimistic
Good suggestion means suggestion should be passed through appropriate channels.
“Encouraging employees to make suggestion, objecting to complain.” “The company’s problem is everyone’s problem.”
Through the form of asking “Have you made a suggestion today?”, reminding and warning each union vision person alert ourselves to be diligent deliberate,and contribute our share to create good and harmonious corporate culture.
