On July 4th afternoon 4:00PM, learning department of Unionvison class committee hold a sharing session to share experience at 17th floor training room in Ningbo. 19 members from sales department, purchasing department and Merchandising department attended the meeting, three outstanding guests shared their growth experience and how to get ahead through talking about their own stories. Both new and old colleagues put up their questions, empathy, identify responsibilities to analyze problem, and also proposed the constructive suggestions and exchange the communication skills with plants. All participates discussed all kind of the feasibility intensely. To find problems in communication, and to look for solutions for each problem, then we can progress together, because to provide quality service to our customer need participation of all members of Unionvision , to work together, and go head! ! !
