On April 11th, there are two mailboxes standing in Union Vision’s office, both Ningbo and Yiwu. Each stuff can express their ideas, suggestions, advices, which they want to tell to the management by anonymous envelopes. The life dep. will collect them semimonthly and pass to management. It is a kind window, the paper in mailboxes carried good suggestions, maybe the way to solve the business operation problems, the improvement of communication between stuffs, the good activities to relax working life and so on.
